Damaged products

Terms and conditions for replacement and return:

The replacement and refund policy includes all "worldwide" store products.

In the event that a faulty product arrives at you, or a shipment arrives in an improper condition, our store will bear all shipping and replacement costs, and if you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, our store will not incur any shipping costs.

If the customer receives a free balance or voucher, he is not entitled to transfer the balance to cash.

Around the World stores refunds in the form of cash balance in the customer's account in the store as soon as the returned shipments arrive at the store, or re-send the money back to the customer's account in at least a week after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.

If the customer purchases the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to refund the amount, the compensation will be made by returning payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card purchased by them, and the refund period is subject to the bank policy (or electronic payment broker) provided by the service.
